I made Summer Pudding yesterday there's a recipe for it here . I have to say I have no shame, I cheated and bought frozen Summer fruits from Tesco only £1.29 a bag. I think they're perfect for this pudding.

The pudding looks so good. Did you use plain white bread? I'd love to make it but want to use the right bread. How on earth do you keep your girlish figure when ou are such a good cook?

I used a good quality white bread, day old is good because it absorbs the fruit juice better. And the answer to your second question is I don't!
