In the Harlequin Centre Watford I found the shop<b> <a href="http://www.tigerstores.co.uk/" title="Tiger" target="_blank">Tiger</a></b>, I have seen it aptly described as a cross between Mujie and Ikea. I bought the bicycle paper clips (£1) and four peg Babushkas (£1) amongst other things!
